- The LTRC Library is open to members of the LaDOTD and LSU communities, as well as other agencies, and the general public, for assistance in Transportation related research.
- The Library is open during TTEC Building hours - 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
- The Library follows the Louisiana state offices holiday schedule.
- The Librarian's hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Library reservations:
- The library is open and available for researchers using library resources.
- The library is no longer available for meetings or reservations.
Library computer use:
There are currently three General Access Computers available in the Library, intended for use by those attending classes in the building and for those conducting transportation related research.
- Located along West wall, in small cubicles.
- May be logged in either as a "guest" or as a DOTD Employee.
- These computers do not automatically log off. Everyone must log themselves off DOTD Network when finished. Failure to log off will lock the computer preventing other researchers from using it.
Library circulation:
- Materials may be checked out to La DOTD staff and LSU faculty, staff and students. Please be prepared to provide identification and contact information, including but not limited to, Name, Email, Phone, and LSU ID
- Materials will be loaned out for a period of 4 weeks. The library reserves the right to shorten that time for certain items.
